Converting video to MP3 is really easy! Just follow these simple steps:
- Step 1. Download and install Free Video Converter
- Step 2. Run Free Video Converter program and add video to extract audio
- Step 3. Select the MP3 output format
- Step 4. Specify your audio output name and folder
- Step 5. Select a video segment for extracting audio
- Step 6. Start converting video to MP3
- Step 7. Get the extracted audio files
Step 1: Download and install Free Video Converter
Step 2: Run Free Video Converter program and add video to extract audio
Run Free Video Converter and add a video file by clicking the File button. In the dialog window opened browse the necessary video file and click Open. The video will be added to the file list below.
Step 3: Select the MP3 output format
In the file list select the files you want to extract audio from so they are highlighted. Open the Output format list, and choose General Audio, then select the MP3 Audio format, and adjust the audio parameters if necessary.
Step 4: Specify your audio output name and folder
In the Save as field enter the name for the output audio file. In the Save to field specify the folder on your PC where to store extracted audio files.
Specify additional options:
Overwrite existing files - check it to replace existing MP3 files with the same name in the output folder with just converted files;
Open output folder when done - check it to open the folder with extracted audio files after the conversion is finished;
Shutdown when done - check it, and the program will be automatically closed after the conversion is completed.
Step 5: Select a video segment for extracting audio
If you want to extract audio from a fragment of your video, click the Edit button 
next to the video in the list. In the window opened drag the left marker to the start of a necessary fragment and the right marker to the end of it.
Step 6: Start converting video to MP3
It's almost done now. After all the conversion settings have been set up, make sure that the added video is checked in the list and then hit the Convert button to start extracting audio.
Step 7: Get the extracted audio files
When video to MP3 conversion is completed, you can get the extracted audio files in the output folder. Now the audio tracks from your video can be played on your iPod, iPhone, cell phone or portable media player.
